1) improve drainage on side of house around 12m and connect to existing waste water drain. 2) Install a gravel pad approximately 20 square meters by approx. 250mm to 300mm deep to support transportable sleep out. 3)Install waste and waste water pipes and link to current drains. Also run empty electrical conduit to allow electrical connection from sleep out to existing house.
