Hatfields Job

Need to plumb in a water/ice fridge in a house on a concrete slab. Looks to me like water will need to come over from laundry, up and over the hallway but would appreciate an expert eye. Roof crawl space is ample, house is 12 months old so easy access everywhere...and no cobwebs! Also need the dryer (rear venting) ducted to under the soffit. Will consider low profile externally mounted ducting. Exterior is brick. Happy to discuss. Dave ---
