Hot water cylinder suspected to be replaced

Im on tank water. During lockdown L4 my pump kept running and I could not find any obvious leaks. I looked at my hot water cylinder and it was sitting in a puddle. I have turned everything off pump and HWC. I am pretty sure that the HCW needs to be replaced. It is about 20 years old I would guess. Keen to get someone in to verify this and replaced the HWC asap.
