Hi, I have drains problem in my backyard. We have drains problem in our backyard and due to that have water logging and moss building up, i would like someone to look and possibly provide some options. Thanks

Work never got completed as discusses in start but he did reduced the cost by 8% for doing 25% less work. I tried communicating him multiple times to complete the work and he said that he will come but never turned up. Got a lesson that never pay the money until the total work is completed.
