Water filtration & Shower Head & two outside taps

I want to fit a new shower head. I am updating from a simple shower head to a adjustable shower head. - See photos I also want to fit a water filtration system under my kitchen sink. *-- See photos. I also want to get another two outside taps fitted. One to front of house and one to the side of the house. I would like to pay for the work by credit card if possible.
