Wash tub water leak.

I have a wash tub that is leaking around underneath taps, hoses. I would like to get this fixed asap. Need a good price...... Also keen on being quoted should the price be right to put a water purify tap in and change the old tap back to being a normal flowing tap. Or just take the water purifier out altogether. The tap water flow is ridiculously slow.
