Rainwater treatment system service

We have a lifestyle property and we use rainwater for drinking. We have a large AquaPro Reverse Osmosis Ultraviolet Water Treatment System installed and it is not currently working and we are not sure why. We would like a well qualified technician who is experienced in similar water treatment systems to identify and fix the problem - which may be a very simple solution but we are just not sure.
