Installing piping for new tap, water filter, dishwasher, and sink

We want a new tap/water filter, sink and dishwasher installed. We have had a kitchen remodel and have moved the sink/dishwasher about 2 metres into an island in the room. The old sink and tap have already been removed. The new sink is installed in the bench top already and there is a hole for the new tap, but the waste pipe hasn't been added yet. There is relatively easy access under the house. The current piping is butylene for hot and cold.
