Drainage & paving

House built into hill. Uphill portion of house was altered and drainage is not correct. Need strip ~1.2 m wide between sidewalk and foundation recontoured and a waste drain protected. One hole in a concrete wall (not shown in picture) to permit water to move around and away from the house. Strip is approximately 20 meters long. Drainage required behind an existing crib wall

We have an existing concrete crib wall (30+ years old) 19m long and 1.3m high, straight line. During the big storms earlier this year 1m of silt washed out from behind this wall over our property, this showed us that behind the wall there was no drainage gravel, and I assume no field drain at the base of the wall. Upstairs bathroom shower leaking after earthquake

Bath taps rusty water

Fix leaky cistern and advise next steps

Our ensuite bathroom has had water leaking downstairs to our daughter's room. My husband punched a hole in the bedroom ceiling and thought that due to the water damage, it was the shower leaking. Replace and/or repair a section of sewer line

We have clay sewer pipes (in generally very good condition) but one section that has been penetrated and clogged with roots. This is causing blockage which we've had suctioned out before. We have dug down to expose the affected area of pipe, and need a professional to come and replace the damaged section. (There's one area, on a join). We'd also like advice on the necessity of replacing the entire length of clay pipe with plastic pipe, in the longer term.
