Investigation: Poor Water Pressure

Hi there, I have recently moved into a unit built in the 70s and I am experiencing very poor water pressure in the shower. Pressure throughout the rest of the house is great. There is a header tank and the water that does come through is very hot, it’s like I’m not treating the pressure from the cold water. I have changed the shower head but it didn’t help. Leaky hot water cylinder pipes

Leaky pipes around to my hot water cylinder. Normally I'd fix this myself but since it's connected to something big that could be costly if I made a mistake, so I'd prefer a professional. I've only found one leak in the copper pipe, could be a simple tightening of the bushing/adapter. Unsure of other potential leaks.

Install dishwasher

Just moved into an older house and needing to install the dishwasher. Not sure that the hosing will reach the taps so assuming extensions to the hosing will be required. Will need to drill through three walls of the cabinetry to get to the taps. The dishwasher is to sit on the end of the cabinetry as photographed. Plans to demo the whole kitchen in about 6-12 months, so this is just a temporary solution to get through until then.

Ensuite add on.

Looking at converted a 2nd lounge to bedroom with ensuite. Would like quotes for the plumbing installation of toilet, shower and vanity for this area. Area is approx 1.4 x 2.2 max. Flooring is concrete slab so would like plumbing to go through wall or under staircase if possible. I think it is particle board currently, so suspect will have to gib the whole wall under window and the wall next to. But open to recommended approach. Plastering NOT required. Tiling NOT required.

Broken wastage pipe.
