Leaking toilet (water pipe issue, not sewage)

Our toilet has started leaking every time we flush it, so I had a look under the house, and although there's no obvious dripping, there is moisture on the wood around the pipes. There doesn't seem to be any structural issues with any of the pipes, but I have noticed that some of the copper pipes that are too close to the wooden beams are charred, so although unrelated, needs to be looked at.
