In-ground Concrete Water tank removal and replacement

I have two in-ground 25,000l Concrete Water tanks which are buried with approx 30cm of soil on top. It seems the tanks or surrounding ground has moved with the recent cyclone rains. One tank is cracked beyond repair. I need someone to excavate, remove and replace one tank and excavate, lift out and re-seat the second tank. I'd like to get a quote for my insurance company as soon as possible so I can get the job under way before the wet winter arrives.
