Minor leak on HWC

Hi team, I was doing a routine inspection and saw this minor leak on the hot water cylinder. I think that is making the pipe go green. I am looking for a plumber to install a new seal and maybe use a steel wool to bring the copper pipe back to its life? Could you please reach out if you can do this job under $150? Considering its a quick job.. I have added photos of the HWC taken before 6 months and other one just this week.
