Plumbing small odd jobs

I have two toilets (or maybe three) that need to be refixed to the floor (they are currently wobbly and seem to only be attached with silicon and not actually screwed down). One of these toilets seems to leak intermittently at the connection from cistern to bowl so fixing the watertightness of the seal would be good too. Also I would like to remove the waste disposal in the kitchen sink and change it to a normal drain pipe.

Did the job quickly and efficiently and to an excellent standard, was quick at initiating coming to look at things for a quote, and was flexible when conditions changed. Also was excellent at communicating and organising things. Even spent time talking to the kids and patting the dog.
