The tradesman was professional and had obviously consulted the photo provided closely prior to arriving on site. Arrived in a timely manner despite the atrocious weather. Costs incurred were to be expected. He was also helpful in providing further advice on problems around the property which were outside his field. I would certainly use the tradesman again .

Unfortunately our experience with Hero Plumbing and gas had a few let downs. One hr late to appointed time, Told my associate that the photographer had kicked them out early, photographer disputes this, but the dumping of one of the vanity units in a no mans land behind the block of apartments, which all 4 units looked out over as well, other unit left in garage....clearly stated on quote removal of all wastes off site. The work was of a good standard and cant complain there.
