1. Bluff Hill cottage has a hot water cylinder at ground level with poor hot water pressure in the shower. Need advice/solution to increase pressure. 2. Bay View home bathroom complete renovation. Need plans drawn to install a 2nd toilet, build new shower, remove tub and install bath, vanity, tiling. Ideally want one plumber/builder to do both projects
