I have recently moved into a 1966 with 1970's extension on front of house, 180sqm home. I am wishing to replace two old hot water heaters (both with easy access) with one new 180ltr Rheem or sim mains pressure tank to be situated in place of one of the original tanks that is downstairs under house. I also need existing plumbing in current laundry that is being turned into en-suite to be done. Upstairs existing old bathroom will be turned into laundry so again, minimal movement of existing bath pipes as w/m going in same place.Three old toilets to be removed and replaced. Plumbing also to be done in main bathroom refit of new white ware, again no major moving of pipes. Also one gas feed to go through exterior wall from gas hob to 9kg cylinder situated on ground just below outside. I am supplying all showers, toilets etc, sinks, taps, slide showers, etc(so exterior fittings) but you to supply all plumbing fittings and hot water tank if possible. Access for many pipes is very good either under the house or through access loft in ceiling. Existing plumbing is good and tidy.
