Toilet + Bathroom repairs

We have a rental property in Mamngere East and need the following work quoted for: 1. Toilet repair: Each time the toilet is flushed water leaks from the base of the toilet. The pipe under the toilet needs to be repaired it seems and then sealant put around the base of the Toilet. 2. Bathroom repairs: The shower leaks in one corner. There's been sealant put from outside of the shower but from the inside nothing has been sealed in that corner so water keeps leaking out each time
