Unblocking kitchen sink & toliet cistern leaking

Like a plumber to attend our property to assess the main kitchen sink that blocks up as the left side free flows down to drain. There is also a slight leak for the water trap under the sink where it drips that requires attention. Also need our new kitchen sink tap we got installed to tightened as it's loose and the whole unit swivels as it is not fixed. The toilet cistern is passing which needs attention and like to get a quote of the shower head to be replaced by shower head that flows like a rain water feature with a shower head attachment to the unit. Quotation, good customer reviews, active communication and costing will be highly considered.
