Install new sanitary-ware once all carpentry complete. (sanitary ware supplied by customer) upgrade hot water cylinder upgrade existing HWC from low pressure to mains pressure (includes blanking off wetback on fire), drain, disconnect and remove existing low pressure HWC, suppy and install new 180l mains pressure HWC complete with all new valves and discharge pipes as required. safe tray installation for HWC, run drain line to outside. install spa bath rerun cold water retiulation to replace existing high pressure PVC, using securagiold pipe and fittings and secure to the building. remove existing 80mm PVC pipe running to main sewer and replace with 100mm. excavate existing pipe and remove. supply and install new 100mm PVC complete with all bends, junctions and fittings to connect to all relevant fittings. back-fill trench and compact after completon of connection.
