New toilet

Toilets

We would like a new toilet and basin put in. Plumbing runs down driveway right past where we would like it. I am guessing its a T off the pipes in through outside wall where toilet will be waiting. Weather board house. It will need a consent as that part makes us dizzy. We have a son in law with digger who can do the digger work. Hopefully someone has a time slot to get this one done.

Plumb in toilet.

Toilets

We require a toilet to be plumbed in. The old toilet cracked and leaked so has been removed. We purchased a new one however new toilet will need a breather. We have purchased a new toilet and understand the water will need to be removed from were it is in the wall. Happy to have it on the floor with a metal hose showing. We no longer want the pipe hanging out the wall which was the older breather?

New connection for water and sewerage in Bluff

Kitchen tap knobs adjustment

The kitchen tap cold knob has to be turned 1.5 full rotations to turn the water on and off and the hot knob has to be turned 3 full rotations. I'd like this adjusted so it's easy to turn the water on and off.
