New toilet

We would like a new toilet and basin put in. Plumbing runs down driveway right past where we would like it. I am guessing its a T off the pipes in through outside wall where toilet will be waiting. Weather board house. It will need a consent as that part makes us dizzy. We have a son in law with digger who can do the digger work. Hopefully someone has a time slot to get this one done.
