No quote was given in terms of cost of the work to be done when the leak was first inspected. The bill was much larger than expected, particularly given the actual job only took a few hours. This could have been avoided by better communication of costs up front upon inspection of the leak.

Matt was great, he was easy to talk with, friendly and knowledgeable, happy to visit the house and view the job first hand before quoting, provide advice and shared his knowledge. He communicated well prior to the job, calling promptly to arrange a time to do the job. The job was done in a timely and professional manner, Matt arranged for the electrician to be on site as needed and they worked very well together. All in all very happy with Matts work and the end result.
