I am wanting to lay drainage chanels and grates (EasyDrain) around an existing old concrete floor slab which sits at ground level. Approximate total length of drain is 16 metres and the drain is almost dug. Drain needs to flow off into a soak pit which will also need to be installed. We appear to have a leakage with source water pipe. The source pipe is beside our driveway. Leakage is happening in the garden beside the shared driveway which is covered with bark and soil - see attached photo. We also have a leakage behind the hot-water cylinder. Appears to be the source pipe.

Install a new drain, on an external driveway, emptying onto an existing cesspit. Length - 4metres across top of driveway, will require concrete to be cut. Length down the driveway 7.5metres. Drainage to be laid into clay. Please note, I have no preference for the depth of the drain. When there is heavy rain, a lot of water flows down the driveway to the house. This work is to divert some of this water away from the house to the cesspit.

Replace sealing for detention water tanks.

I have detention water tanks next to the house (5- each of them has 1000l capacity). The tanks are connected with pipes and recently we have noticed the seals beteween the pipes and the tanks are leaking. The rain from the gutter is getting out through the seals instead of going through the tanks before evacuation. We would like to repair/replace the sealing ASAP Thanks
