Plastering/gib stopping of new walls

Gib stopping of new gib in a renovation of our rental property. Retaining ceiling, just replacing gib on 4 walls with new. Room measures 3240mm x 3300mm, standard ceiling height. There are door openings on 3 walls (one is a double opening) and a window on the 4th wall. Gib stopping of new walls ready for painting, and reinstall replacement gib cove around ceiling. Looking for someone who can do this asap - starting Tuesday or Wednesday (3rd/4th of July). Location is Houghton Bay. Picture is of old kitchen so you can see dimensions.
