Exterior repair / plaster job to cover exposed patch of foundations

Hi there. Need to find a trades person to fix up a small patch of exposed foundations on outside of our freestanding townhouse in Thorndon - photos attached. Keen to understand not only proposed price, but process to fill / pack (fix any potentially deterioration), before plastering over / tidying up the appearance.
