Upgrading Bedrooms and Hallway (in stages)

We live in a 1960's bungalow 4 bedroom house and we need the bedrooms re gibbing, and pink bats added into each of the bedrooms, and then painted. We also need the hallway done up the same. This will be done in stages as the budget allows (probably 2 rooms at a time). We will then also look at the lounge eventually, just re gibbing, putting in pink bats and painting (no wallpaper involved). Skirting boards as well in all the rooms. We may also need rewiring done in the rooms as we progress as they currently only have one power point (always at the wrong end of the room :o). This may include the ceiling as well. Will need to discuss further to see if this is the case, or whether it is fine and just needs painting.
