Hi, we're wanting to get some walls repaired which have been punched and or kicked in prior to purchasing the property last Friday. There are about 8 sections that need repairing. Plaster skim room for painting (was wallpapered)

Hi! Just removed wallpaper and need a room skimmed and prepped for painting. Photos of room attached and size. The condition of the walls is ok.. Not perfect as there were 3 layers of wallpaper! Also removing the inbuilt shelf and gib above it as it had old mould so the contractor will need to put the new gib for that area up. Not too much wall as there are two windows, two doors and double wardrobe. Please quote all up price (not hourly rate) the job is in ngaruawahia so include travel if neede...

Plastering & Bathroom work

My house in Ngaruawahia is 117 sq metres. Most of the gib board has been replaced. I'll need to have the walls plastered and the gib replaced in places. The bathroom has regular gib instead of aqualine, so I'll need to have this replaced too. I may want to remove the existing bathtub and replace it with a shower cubicle too.
