Plaster skim room for painting (was wallpapered)

Hi! Just removed wallpaper and need a room skimmed and prepped for painting. Photos of room attached and size. The condition of the walls is ok.. Not perfect as there were 3 layers of wallpaper! Also removing the inbuilt shelf and gib above it as it had old mould so the contractor will need to put the new gib for that area up. Not too much wall as there are two windows, two doors and double wardrobe. Please quote all up price (not hourly rate) the job is in ngaruawahia so include travel if needed.
