Plastering new concrete

We have 6 pillars on the ends of our plaster house. Originally they just sat in the ground and weren’t part of the concrete pad. We had a builder chop the bottom off as they were starting to deteriorate. Then we have concerted the bases so effectively extended the concrete pad. Looking for someone to plaster this concrete so it looks like the rest of the house plus a few other minor plaster repairs.
