We are removing wallpaper and need someone who can prepare/skim coating the bare walls of a 1950s house. This is in the entrance way of a double story house, a rough estimate 50 square meters. We have arranged scaffolding that is going up on 14 July. So, we require this work to be done any time between 14 July and 24 July. We will remove the wallpaper.

Replaster bathroom and toilet for bathroom renovation

My builder is fitting gib to the bathroom and toilet interior walls as well as moving our door way and framing the existing door way with gib. Monolithic Cladding 140m2 2 story home built 1996 with exterior cladding cracks around the windows, balcony & some wall cracks that require re plastering/fixing. Some cracks are larger but a majority are hairline cracks. A portable scaffolding unit is already setup at the home ready to use. The cracks in the plastering requires repairing & sealing, ready for painting. Painting is not required as we/owners will take care of the painting later on once repaired.
