Three bedroom home ceilings

House is 90m2. Asbestos test was clear and can be provided on request. Popcorn ceiling has a large hole where the chimney was removed for the wood burner. There are a few other small holes in other rooms where there were old leaks. Roof replaced earlier this year and we would like to have all the old ceiling stripped and skim coat plastered.
