Three bedroom home ceilings

House is 90m2. Asbestos test was clear and can be provided on request. Popcorn ceiling has a large hole where the chimney was removed for the wood burner. There are a few other small holes in other rooms where there were old leaks. Roof replaced earlier this year and we would like to have all the old ceiling stripped and skim coat plastered. Would like to complete this before winter temperatures hit. House is tenanted so access will be arranged with property manager. * we intend to find someone to paint the ceiling.
