Plastering ceiling and walls in Man Cave and Rumpus room

We have two rooms side by side that need full plastering of the ceilings and only some walls. There is boxing around a beam in one of the ceilings. Size of rooms are 5.2 x 4.3 and 9.2 x 3.2 There is some rendering of a concrete pillar. I have attached some photos, sorry about the darkness but there is no lighting at the moment. Would like to get some quotes but happy for you to come over and measure and see the job first. Thanks
