Plaster new gib board in bathroom.

New aqualine gib board installed to walls in bathroom that need plastering to level 4. 3 internal corners, 1 external --- and horizontal join to player as well as one ceiling join. Will measure up total meter of horizontal and ceiling joint shortly & photos. House in manawaru.

Bathroom and small dining area to be plastered.

Bathroom in a farm cottage with new green gib on the walls and ceiling, a small dining nook (3 walls only) with new gib, plus a small strip of new gib in the hallway all needing to be plastered. Ceiling height in all areas is 2.7m (9ft) approx. Bathroom is 3.6m x 3.3m. Dining nook is 2.56m (back wall) x 2.3m (lefthand wall) x 2.0m (righthand wall). Strip in hallway is 1.2m wide. Location is 11kms out of Matamata, towards Te Aroha.

Skim Coat post wallpaper removal

We are removing wallpaper in the lounge and living room and it will need to be skim coated to smooth the walls prior to painting. There is also minor damage in the wall to be repaired. Work needs to be completed in the next 2 weeks

Tidying up plastering in 1950s hallway

We have recently pulled the wallpaper off our hallway and have sealed the walls with pig-sealer. I have tried to get them looking perfect ready for paint, but I am unable to get a good enough surface. I am not wanting a show home finish, but want to smooth it out as much as possible. Photos of before and after pigmented sealer attached.

Bottom 900mm will be lined with tounge and groove, 1000mm shower to be installed. Preferably soon, whilst understanding that everyone is busy. We will have materials required on site.
