New Bathroom, ktichen, bedroom etc

I want to create a bathroom from 2 existing rooms being knocked into one. Fittings will be loo, shower (Athena type), bath, 2 vanities and plumbing for laundry area. Floor and half wall tiling. Poss. undertile floor heating. Also need new entrance created for both kitchen and dining areas. The current internal bathroom will be removed and a middle wall knocked out to create new kitchen/living area open plan area (which will involve installation of supporting beam) and a wall erected to create a new bedroom. Have concept plans but no working drawings as yet.
