Need plasterboard repair due to shower water leak

I noticed the corner of the shower wasn't sealed and water has been leaking slowly over long time. This made part of the plasterboard to soften and accumulate mold behind, similar stuff happened to the timber as some of it got soft. I need someone who can properly water seal the shower, do the plasterboard repair , and do an assessment if there is further damage. N.B.: I had to tear and open part of the plasterboard to assess the damage myself.

Plaster several cracks, repaint, refinish window

This isn't the standard crack patch/repair job. The house flexs quite a bit at a few points, so standard tape mesh, etc WILL NOT WORK! I found a solution, basically using builders gap filler to almost plaster over the area ( or similar ultra flexible sealant). The problem is, it's extremely difficult to get just right, so needs someone quite experienced to make it look seamless. The stucco cladding on our house is in need of maintenance. We need someone with the necessary skills to give everything a good clean, fix the cracks in the stucco and reseal / repaint the house. There are leaks inside the house and we hope that fixing the stucco cladding will stop these. Electric cables have already been wrapped. There's also a bit of easy extra sanding / painting to be done that can be done from ground level. The house has two storeys. All four sides need maintenance....
