Plastering our extension

We have added an extension to our house and need someone for plastering only. Walls and ceilings of the following rooms: 4.4 X 3.8m Bedroom 1.8 X 2.5m Walk-in wardrobe 1.8 X 1.9m Laundry 3.4 X 2.4m Office 3.4 X 1.9m Ensuite We are looking for a quote for the whole job BUT ALSO your hourly rate to come and help my husband do the job as he (DIY husband was originally going to do this job alone but looks like it might take him too long to complete for my liking :)

Gib fixing and minor carpentry

This job involves carefully removing some architrave around windows etc, using a router to groove for gib board, and then lining a sunroom with gib board (over T&G) before refixing the architrave. The room then needs to be gib stopped to a professional paint-finish standard. The room measures approx 5m x 3m with one 5m side windows and the other bi-fold doors, so the area to be covered is not huge. The ceiling also need to be done, but it is standard height.

Lounge: We are insulating exterior walls, installing new GIb to these, stripping paper from remaining walls and painting the walls and ceilings of the lounge. Bathroom: Line walls and ceiling with hardiglaze, paint windows and trim.

WALLS & CEILING Wallpaper has been stripped, but pretty rough. Gib needs cleaning up plus prepare work, and then paint. Room is approximately 20sqm, with a large window and ranch slider... so a bit less wall-space

We have a small 1980's two bedroom hardi-plank home. Our bathroom is currently very run down. We want to replace the bath, vanity, showerhead and fixtures/fittings. We want to tile the small floor area and the side of the bath. The walls may be O.K prepared and repainted, apart from some gib board which will need to be replaced if we are to get a nice finish in the bath area.
