Interior plastering of a lounge and bedroom

We are doing some minor renovations to a bedroom and lounge space. We have managed to secure a builder though exact dates to be determined by materials. Likely to be October. Following the builder we will need a plasterer. Description - Bedroom - 1 wall that will include a new wardrobe. Wall size is 2.7m h x 4m length. Wall will be new plaster board and will need stopping. Will need to install gibcove classic 90. - Lounge - 1 wall with extruded fireplace. Wall size is 2.7m h x 6.8m length. Wall will be new plasterboard and will need stopping. This room currently has a decorative molding and we are in the process of looking to have this matched. If we are unsuccessful we will need to install gib cove for the entire room. - due to the potential need to remove the decorative moldings there may be some repairs or new parts of the ceiling that need to be addressed. Please note that we are looking for a good finish - particularly for the lounge space, and price whilst a factor won't be our key concern.
