Cut out and fix (now dry) rot in bathroom

Urgent. Must be able to do ASAP and provide a GST invoice. Replace gib, plaster and paint (plaster and paint supplied). Just need some aqauline. Would be great for a handyman who can do all sorts as I have quite a bit to sort from bad tenants.

Did a really good job and quickly ad asked . But didn't do the whole job photographed on builders crack. Then blamed me for miscommunication. Left rubbish in the bin etc Great builder, could do with a bit of finesse.

"All was good did not blame her and I had hardly any rubble. The was alot of junk in a box in front of the deck, not mine.
The little rubble I had threw it in the bin.
But otherwise all good everything was done."
