Finishing coat needed to be applied to 30m2 wall area in small room. 2.7m stud. Minor sanding of walls from first coating of gib still to do. Builder finished work to this stage but unable now to continue. We will paint room following finishing coat. May need to view to estimate for landlord.

Personable, prompt contact, accommodating. Estimated over phone but quoted under that for the work to be done. Gone extra mile with helpful advice and even paint sealer. Gladly recommend for quality gib stop work with no short cuts.
