ceiling hole repairs and architreve/scirting tidy up 2

I am preparing my house for sale and have a number of tidy up jobs that need to be done ASAP. Work needs to be finished by 29/8!!! 1. I have put new lcd lights in my lounge and office the Electritian has disconnected the old down lights but left the holes to be filled. There are 10-12 holes to be repaired and painted to match ceiling. 2. After doing up one room but not another, I have a weird beginning and end to the architraves and scurting board that needs to be tidied up 3. I have an old fire that has been covered over apart from on rextangle hole which needs to be filled and made good. I also have quite a few touch up painting jobs through the house (a few photos of doors etc) And a small hallway that needs painted.

Terrible workmanship not one part of the job was completed to a satisfactory standard. Gin holes patched in ceiling are all visible and poorly finished. Painted walls all have to be repainted. Outside areas were not prepped at all - they painted over rust without treating. Painted over leaves, moss and pealed paint. All had to be scraped back and repainted. When job went bad Hamish avoided my calls.Finally agreed to reimburse some of my deposit. So stressful,Would not recommend to anyone.
