Before I get into this myself I’m after a quote for the job to see if it’s worth hiring someone else. One big room with a bathroom overall under 50sqm, all walls need to be painted, ceilings and doorframes of 2 doors and 1 door both sides. Lease just says “ a base coat “ is to be done on end of tenancy so not interested in doing more than necessary.
