Clean and paint roof. 120 square metres with 20 deg pitch. Single storey one side to 2 storey on the other. Current condition: some flaking paint; a few minor rust patches; also a few patches of lichen.

Gavin was very responsive and easy to deal with. The roof had been looking terrible with flaking paint, loose nails and spots of lichen and rust. Now it looks great, thanks to Gavin's thorough preparation work.
