Gutter board prep and paint

We have just pulled the old gutters off our house and need a painter to clean, prep and paint the boards prior to install of the new gutters. The work needs to happen next week, 9-13 October if possible. The house is a 1910's villa, so the boards are old native timber but generally OK once cleaned up. Scaffolding is already up for the guttering job. And be warned - it's in Wadestown with about 70 steps from the street up to the house!
