Painting Job available in Island Bay before summer ends I am looking for a highly professional painter for a house in Island Bay. It is mainly on a flat section. Scaffold is required only for few walls. Newly Aluminuim fitted windows and doors doesn’t require painting A full written quote and process has to signed off. My condition: Scrape paint off the weather board and a small metal grill . Paint new fence with two coats Four coat system ( primer , undercoat ,two final coats for weather walls, two coats for concrete only Strictly No to spray gun Only Resene paint to be used . The tin has to be opened in my presence. I would to avoid been cheated again. Progressive payment Each coat will be inspected before painting another coat of paint. Your commitments: Time frame : How many weeks No to work in weekends ( rental house) I am fair and easy going if you are interested.
