Exterior house and roof painting and some cladding

Hi, We are interested in getting a quote for some painting. We need to have our roof painted, which will involve water blasting, and we want to get the exterior of the house painted. For the house there will be some timber that needs to be replaced. I don't know what it is called but the cladding consists of long pieces of treated rough pine running vertically, the house was built in the 70's. Not a lot will need to be replaced but there are some cracked pieces. We would also like to have sealant put around windows where there are gaps. Scafolding is also going to be required.
