Painting exterior of house in Kilbirnie Wellington

The house is a 2 bedroom weatherboard bungalow. It was built in 1920 and the current painting job was probably done about 15+ years ago. The paint needs stripping, there is a facia missing and some boards are likely to need replacing. There are pailings on the front verandah that also need replacing. I want the windowsills stripped and puttied as well. I do not need a master painter but someone who will do careful preparation before painting to ensure a good job. They will also need to be tidy during the job as the house is tenanted.
