Gutter clean and Roof paint

Roof area is approx 110sqm- normal pitched roof one rectangle- easy to paint. Gutters run along each long side and just need to be cleaned out- one side already has gutter whiskers. Paint will be provided. Looking for a professional job as the house has been recently painted so splatters of paint from off the roof onto the house/ deck area is not acceptable. Will post a pic once the rain stops!
