Exterior paining of townhouses in Miramar

I am looking for quotes for the exterior painting of a set of two townhouses, for part of a long term maintenance plan. There will be a further two sets of two townhouses to be painted in the future after this initial job. We require sanding, rust treatment and painting of the units (excluding aluminium joinery and doors and roofing). Our preference is for someone who can supply their own scaffold, but this is not a deal breaker. We are seeking information on availability, and recommendations as to best time to undertake this work. We are looking for quotes as soon as possible so a decision can be made within the next month to confirm costings and dates for the wok to be undertaken. Please note - photos of units are general and are not necessarily the pair of units to be painted
