Repaint exterior (including repairing of some cracks) of Plaster house

Hi - looking to get my parents house repainted on the exterior in preparation for sale of the property in a central Henderson location. The house is single level but on a sloped section so aware that some scaffolding would be required to complete the job. There are some cracks in the plaster exterior due to general house movement (where the original cladding joins one another mostly) so important that the person doing this job confidentially knows how to repair these and ensure that the sides of the house appear seamless once the job is completed. There are some other smaller painting jobs that can be included or excluded (ie painting of a deck), but this can be discussed at the time of viewing the property. This is NOT a leaky home - the framing is made from steel and there are no signs of interior moisture at all. We are not trying to hide any potential problems for a new owner, but simply repair the property with regards to general maintenance. Essentially the exterior needs a refresh to make this family home ready for market. Looking forward to hearing back from reputable businesses rather than someone just trying to earn some extra $$ on the side and potentially giving a bad result. I will add more photos as I find them.
